The role

Brook Green Supply is an independent B2B energy supplier delivering energy supply and decarbonisation solutions to industrial and commercial consumers across the UK.

The Customer Energy Solutions Analyst will join the Energy Solutions function and report to the Head of Industrial Sales and Solutions.

The role combines commercial acumen, technical understanding, energy system knowledge, and direct customer engagement.

The position supports growth, innovation, and long-term value for industrial and commercial clients.

Essential functions

Work directly with clients to provide actionable recommendations on complex energy challenges.
Act as an internal expert on sustainability and flexibility market products.
Identify commercial opportunities and support the structuring of innovative energy supply contracts.
Collaborate with Sales teams and Account Managers to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Analyse energy consumption, generation, and BESS profiles to identify trends, risks, and value-driven insights.
Develop reports, feasibility studies, and presentations that translate technical findings into commercial outcomes.
Support commercial decision-making through market analysis, data interpretation, and structured recommendations.
Contribute to commercial strategy and projects across the Energy Solutions function.
Build tailored commercial solutions that help customers achieve Net Zero and sustainability goals.
Complete ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Energy solutions exposure

The role provides hands-on experience across power markets, REGOs, RGGOs, EV charging, Power Purchase Agreements, Capacity Markets, and Flexibility services.
Analysis and insights will contribute to the customer portfolio, decarbonisation strategies, and integration of energy solutions into supply arrangements.

Required skills and experience

Strong understanding of the energy transition, future market trends, and sustainable energy supply solutions.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that create value for customers and the employer.
Confidence communicating complex energy, technical, and commercial topics to a range of stakeholders, including senior customer contacts.
Comfort working with consumption, generation, and portfolio data to generate insight.
STEM degree, ideally at 2:1 or above, or equivalent experience in a data-driven or analytical environment.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to produce clear reports, feasibility studies, and recommendations.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving business.
Ability to balance independent ownership with effective collaboration across Sales, Trading, Operations, and other internal teams.

Desirable knowledge

Knowledge of wholesale energy markets, pricing, forecasting, non-commodity costs, flexibility markets, or sustainability products is desirable.
