- Develop and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment plans across a multi SKU portfolio
- Ensure optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 30–50 SKUs across multiple suppliers and business lines
- Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders from placement through delivery
- Follow up on production readiness, order confirmations, and shipment schedules
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor international shipments, proactively resolving delays and operational issues
- Monitor inventory levels and stock health to support business requirements
- Manage internal stock allocations across business units
- Prepare regular inventory and performance reports
- Drive the timely depletion of near expiry inventory to minimize write offs and provisions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with international suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or order management within FMCG distribution or Retail environments
- Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of ERP systems
- Adaptable, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
