Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Engineer – MRO & Service

to drive business growth across the

(Maintenance, Repair & Operations)

and service market, with a focus on critical valve and actuator applications.

The role will be responsible for developing service opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and delivering value-based technical solutions including repair, modification and retrofit services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

oil & gas valve and actuator sales/service

, established relationships with end users in the UAE and the ability to engage effectively with end clients, EPC contractors and trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and secure
  • MRO opportunities and service contracts
  • for critical industrial applications.
  • Drive sales of
  • valve and actuator servicing, repair, refurbishment, retrofit solutions and modification projects
  • .
  • Develop value-based technical proposals focused on reliability improvement, cost optimization and asset lifecycle management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
  • end users, EPC contractors and industrial customers
  • across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
  • Manage customer requirements related to
  • testing, modification and service scopes
  • , ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong, profitable service sales pipeline through proactive account management and market development.
  • Conduct customer visits, identify pain points and provide engineered solutions aligned with operational requirements.
  • Support negotiations, commercial discussions and contract closures to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum
  • 5 years of experience in valve and actuator sales, service or MRO business development
  • within the UAE oil & gas or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing technical sales opportunities and service contracts.
  • Established relationships with key UAE end users within the
  • oil & gas or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of valve applications, actuator systems, retrofit solutions and maintenance requirements.
  • Solution-oriented and consultative sales approach with the ability to develop value-driven proposals.
  • Comfortable working with end users, EPC contractors and industrial partners.
  • Engineering degree or technical qualification preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
