Position Overview

  • Seeking an experienced and results driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate development.
  • Will execute strategic marketing initiatives across residential and commercial developments.
  • Ideal candidate has deep understanding of the real estate development lifecycle, property marketing, lead generation, branding, sales enablement and digital marketing strategies.
  • Will collaborate closely with development, sales, design, and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate development projects from pre launch through project completion.
  • Build and maintain strong project and corporate brand positioning aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and market trends.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for property launches, ensuring strong market entry and lead generation.
  • Coordinate launch events, project unveilings, investor presentations, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistency across all project marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines and quality control for all marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, display advertising, email marketing and property portals.
  • Optimize lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and conversion metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content development for websites, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales teams to develop tools and materials that support customer engagement and conversion.
  • Create sales presentations, brochures, project fact sheets and investor materials.
  • Monitor lead quality, sales performance and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Support CRM management and lead nurturing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, sales support activities and marketing ROI.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to real estate development, property marketing, or real estate investment sector.
  • Proven experience marketing residential and commercial development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing project launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and external marketing agencies.
  • Fluency in Russian or other languages is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with design and content management platforms is advantageous.
