Position Overview

  • Seeking an experienced Manager Sales (MRO Lead) to drive growth of MRO and aftermarket business across UAE oil & gas and industrial sector.
  • Focus on upstream wellhead solutions, midstream and downstream applications.
  • Responsible for building profitable service driven business, expanding customer relationships, and leading transition into upstream wellhead segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and grow MRO and aftermarket business with sustainable profitability
  • Develop business opportunities for wellhead equipment and components
  • Support approval and qualification process
  • Expand existing valve product business
  • Develop service led revenue streams through valve repair, refurbishment, testing, modification, retrofit
  • Build strong relationships with end users, maintenance teams, shutdown engineers, asset owners
  • Manage opportunities related to turnaround and shutdown activities
  • Promote and generate on site service opportunities
  • Establish, develop, and lead a high performing MRO/service team
  • Work with internal teams to develop customer focused solutions and proposals

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas valve MRO, aftermarket sales or service business development
  • Strong UAE market exposure
  • Proven track record of building profitable aftermarket revenue streams and securing service contracts
  • Strong technical understanding of wellhead equipment and standard valve products
  • Established relationships with Operating Companies, maintenance teams, shutdown/turnaround stakeholders
  • Strong commercial leadership skills
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Advantage / Preferred Experience

  • Experience in valve manufacturing processes, production environments or industrial facility development

  • Achievement of MRO revenue and profitability targets
  • Growth of aftermarket and service contract portfolio
  • Successful expansion into wellhead opportunities
  • Increased penetration across customer assets and end user accounts
  • Development of a capable and scalable MRO/service organization
