Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor factory supply chain operations
- Arrange and follow up material deliveries and shipments
- Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and vendors
- Manage inventory movement and delivery schedules
- Coordinate local transportation and logistics requirements
- Monitor company vehicles, registrations, maintenance, and servicing
- Handle vehicle insurance, fuel tracking, and traffic fine follow ups
- Support procurement and purchasing activities
- Prepare logistics and supply chain reports
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and operational supplies
- Coordinate with warehouse and factory teams for material planning
- Maintain records of invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or factory operations
- Good knowledge of UAE transportation and logistics processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Job Overview
