Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and support the company’s financial operations.
Experience with **Odoo ERP system** is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements
- Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Work with auditors and support audit processes
- Coordinate with procurement and operations for cost control
- Use and manage accounting functions within **Odoo ERP system**
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum **3–5 years of accounting experience** (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT and financial regulations**
- Experience with **Odoo ERP system (mandatory or strong advantage)**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in **English** (Arabic is a plus)
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
