We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in construction and manufacturing products.
The ideal candidate will have an established network with consultants and contractors in the UAE and the ability to lead and grow a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
- Identify new business opportunities in construction and related sectors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within construction or manufacturing industry
- Strong network with consultants and construction companies in UAE
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred
- Experience in building materials, insulation, or facade products
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
