About the Role
ARKAN Polystone & Design Manufacturing seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, order follow-up, and coordination across departments. Requires 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in construction materials or manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Receive and process customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with production department regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist sales team in preparing tender documents and project submissions
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events
- Maintain filing systems for contracts, quotations, and project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience as Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator
- UAE experience preferred
- Experience in construction materials, manufacturing, building materials, façade systems, or interior/exterior finishing industry is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- ARKAN for Polystone Design & Manufacturing LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
