Job Summary

  • ARKAN for Polystone Design & Manufacturing LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Receive and process customer inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with the production department regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing tender documents and project submissions.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, quotations, and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction materials, manufacturing, building materials, façade systems, or interior/exterior finishing industry is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using ERP or CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional customer service and communication skills.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation support skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
