Supply Chain & Inventory Control Manager

About the Role

Inventory Control

• Own stocktaking across all branches, kiosks, and the warehouse, investigate variances, and close approved adjustments in ERPLY.
• Issue shortage and violation reports and manage near-expiry, slow-moving, and expiring stock plans.
• Reconcile sales invoices and purchases between ERPLY and Zoho Books and Inventory and clear discrepancies.

Procurement and Suppliers

• Review and approve purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier bills, and expense reports within the Management approval framework.
• Manage local and international suppliers across the USA, China, Europe, and GCC, including claims and payment follow-up.

Logistics and Warehouse

• Oversee international shipments, including forwarder quotations, insurance, documentation, customs clearance, and warehouse delivery.
• Run receiving, storage, repacking, refilling, daily delivery planning, driver routes, cold-chain items, and warehouse relocations or expansions.

Team Leadership and Reporting

• Lead and schedule coordinators, store keepers, and drivers, review timesheets, and hold weekly supply chain meetings.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on stock, variances, near-expiry items, orders, payments, and brand cost analysis.
• Write SOPs for recurring processes, train the team, and coordinate with IT on operational tools.

Requirements

• A valid UAE or GCC driving licence is mandatory because the role involves daily branch and warehouse visits.
• Proven experience managing supply chain team members, including hiring, scheduling, follow-up, and performance discussions.
• 4–5 years of supply chain, inventory control, or warehouse management experience in multi-branch retail, FMCG, or food distribution.
• Hands-on multi-location stocktake and POS or ERP variance management experience.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, or equivalent systems.
• Experience with UAE import logistics and advanced Excel reporting is required.
• Excellent English is required; Arabic and ERPLY or similar retail POS experience are advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Accounting is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month based on experience, with a review after probation.
• Benefits include an employment visa, medical insurance, and annual leave under UAE Labour Law.

Workplace

• This is a full-time position based at the company head office and warehouse in Abu Dhabi.
