About the role
The company is hiring two Supply Chain Coordinators for day-to-day procurement, logistics, and supply chain system operations.
The role supports multiple retail brands and company entities using ERPLY and Zoho.
The position reports to the Supply Chain Supervisor and is based at the head office and warehouse in Abu Dhabi.
Procurement and supplier follow-up
- Prepare purchase orders, purchase invoices, and sales orders in ERPLY for all company entities.
- Close purchase orders and match received orders against invoices and supplier statements.
- Maintain pending supplier payment reports and follow up on cheques, advances, and payment references.
- Source and evaluate suppliers inside and outside the UAE and maintain the supplier list.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers with warehouses and branches.
Logistics and shipping
- Request and compare air, sea, courier, and local-delivery freight quotations.
- Book shipments and track them through delivery, mainly for China-to-UAE and local shipments.
- Prepare AWB details, packing lists, insurance requests, NOCs, and other required shipping documents.
