Coordinate purchasing and order workflows for the Lollipop, MYWALIT, and Nectar brands across supplier, warehouse, and Finance functions.
Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, receiving, expense, and item records across business systems.
Purchasing and Order Coordination
- Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers, the warehouse, and Finance until orders are received, closed, and settled.
- Follow up with suppliers on stock availability for upcoming and repeat orders.
- Enter purchase orders in ERPLY and close received orders in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory.
- Create bills and record goods receiving in Zoho Inventory.
- Place monthly warehouse and office supply orders and obtain approval through Zoho Expenses.
- Submit expense claims and vendor expenses in the system.
- Register new items in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory, including pricing, units, brand, and barcode.
Core Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or order coordination.
- Working knowledge of ERPLY or a comparable retail or POS management system.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expenses or comparable cloud software.
- Intermediate Excel skills for order tracking, price lists, and monthly supply requests.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and attention to detail for supplier, warehouse, Finance, pricing, and stock tasks.
Education and Preferred Background
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, but strong hands-on experience without a degree may be considered.
- Retail, FMCG, distribution, or trading company experience is preferred.
- Experience with multiple brands, product lines, POS systems, and accounting or inventory systems is advantageous.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
