Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Data Coordinator role located in Doha, Qatar.
The role organizes supplier product and shipment data and supports coordination between suppliers, inventory, and e-commerce teams.
The position supports operational accuracy as e-commerce operations scale.
Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier shipment updates and incoming product information.
- Organize and maintain accurate product data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prepare and share product lists with inventory and e-commerce teams.
- Track shipment status and maintain current shipment records.
- Ensure incoming products are properly documented and structured.
- Support management with operational reporting and updates.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy are required.
- Candidates must be living in Qatar and ready to work immediately.
