About the Role
Arkan Marketing Services is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to take day-to-day ownership of logistics activities for an e-commerce account.
The role covers international freight from China, Dubai–Qatar shipments, GCC and international customer deliveries, and local deliveries within Qatar.
This is a logistics-focused position rather than a general operations or administrative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from China to Qatar and Dubai using air freight, sea freight, and express courier services.
- Manage Dubai–Qatar transfers, including bookings, documentation, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
- Coordinate GCC, international, and Qatar-based customer deliveries.
- Work directly with courier companies, freight forwarders, customs-clearance providers, and delivery partners.
- Arrange bookings, collections, deliveries, and proof-of-delivery confirmation.
- Maintain shipment trackers with booking dates, air waybill numbers, shipping methods, ETDs, ETAs, customs status, and delivery progress.
- Resolve delayed, held, missing, damaged, returned, and failed deliveries.
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, and supporting customs documents.
- Coordinate returns, reverse logistics, and claims for delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries.
