Supply Chain Assistant / Procurement Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing goods and services, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining procurement and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, liaise with suppliers, and track deliveries.
• Support timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Update databases, verify invoices against purchase orders, and monitor stock levels.
• Support vendor evaluation and contract administration.
• Handle basic order-related customer service inquiries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder and external supplier interactions.
• Customer service skills for responding to order-related inquiries.
• Supply chain management skills covering inventory, deliveries, and logistics processes.
• Procurement and purchasing skills for sourcing, negotiating, and processing purchase orders.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in office software or ERP systems are highly valued.
