Responsibilities
- Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions.
- Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment (intra EU vs. extra EU) when posting Italian transactions, in coordination with Finance.
- Coordinate daily operations with third party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and SLA compliance.
- Liaise with Italian and US based 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams on import documentation, Incoterms, and duty/VAT treatment.
- Monitor order to delivery cycle times and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 5–8 years of supply chain/operations management experience, including exposure to Italian and US markets
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in order management, sales invoicing, and inventory control
- Proven experience managing international 3PL/warehouse operations, including customs documentation, Incoterms, VAT/tax compliance, and import/export processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and logistics functions
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools for operational improvement

Qualifications
