Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding activities, including understanding business operations, reviewing accounting processes, and implementing efficient accounting workflows
- Act as the key liaison between clients and the accounting team, ensuring smooth handovers, team training, issue resolution, and quality control
- Review and support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including tax assessments, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements
- Review financial reports and management accounts, ensure IFRS compliance, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations
- Hands on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally ERP/Prime, and Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong client facing, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills

- Salary: up to 8,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Description
