Bachelors Degree within an analytically focused discipline such as Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business.
Strong analytical skills, applicable to supply chain measurement and business process improvement
Strong SQL and database skills
Strong skills in business analytics tool, e.g., Microsoft Power BI
High level of proficiency using Advanced Excel.
S trong knowledge of MRP and Inventory Control practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong business process improvement & change management skills
Comfort in communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Understanding of financial impacts of supply chain management / business decisions.
Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP Systems preferred.
Any related certification would be an asset but not mandatory, e.g., CPIM, P.Log, SCMP, P.Eng.
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian government security clearances.
