University degree or combination of education and experience in a related field.
SCMP or PLog designation or related work experience.
5-10 years of procurement experience – ideally in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Occasional travel to supplier locations, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities.
Ability to work extended hours when required to support operational needs.
Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and Canadian government security clearances.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to IMP Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies.
