Role Overview
Zizzi is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader as part of its management team.
The role is for a hands-on leader responsible for people, standards, and restaurant operations.
Shift Responsibilities
- Run the restaurant during quieter periods and keep operations smooth and safe.
- Lead the Pass, Bar, or Floor during peak service periods.
- Resolve guest issues on the floor with practical, positive solutions.
- Motivate and coach the Front of House team to develop skills and deliver hospitality.
- Maintain dish presentation, restaurant standards, cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment.

- Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment.
- Readiness to take on leadership responsibilities, including for ambitious team members stepping up.
- Confident, hands-on communication and a lead-by-example attitude.
- Ability to organize a floor section and respond effectively during busy service.
- Reliability and availability to support the team during peak periods, including evenings and weekends.
