Role overview
The Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader is a hands-on member of the management team.
The role leads key restaurant sections during peak shifts and runs the whole restaurant during quieter shifts.
Restaurant leadership
- Run the restaurant during quieter periods and ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Lead the Pass, Bar or Floor during peak periods to keep service seamless.
- Resolve guest issues on the floor with positive solutions.
- Motivate and coach the Front of House team.
Standards and safety
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and restaurant detail.
- Keep restaurants safe, clean and welcoming for team members and guests.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality or leisure environment.
