Restaurant Supervisor serving as a hands-on leader within the management team.
The role leads key service areas during peak shifts and runs the restaurant during quieter shifts.
What you will do
- Run the restaurant during quieter periods and ensure smooth, safe operations.
- Lead the Pass, Bar, or Floor during peak rushes.
- Resolve guest issues on the floor with feel-good solutions.
- Motivate and coach the Front of House team.
- Maintain dish presentation, restaurant standards, and service details.
- Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment.
- Readiness to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Confident, hands-on communication and a lead-by-example attitude.
- Ability to organize a floor section and think on your feet during busy periods.
- Reliability during peak times, including evenings and weekends.
