About the Role
The Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader is a hands-on member of the management team.
The role leads key service areas during peak shifts and runs the whole restaurant during quieter shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Run the restaurant during quieter periods and ensure operations are smooth and safe.
- Lead the Pass, Bar, or Floor during peak rushes.
- Resolve guest issues on the floor with positive solutions.
- Motivate and coach the Front of House team.
- Maintain dish presentation, restaurant standards, and service details.
- Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming.
