About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the project site
- Ensure lifting operations are executed safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans and procedures
- Monitor rigging crews, equipment, and work progress to achieve project schedules
- Conduct pre lift inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with construction, HSE, and client representatives to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Prepare and review daily reports and support project close out activities
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 10 years of significant experience in rigging and lifting operations within Oil & Gas Brownfield Projects

- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, crane operations, and load handling procedures
