About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities within the hotel and hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers, F&B heads, and hotel operations teams
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and client visits across assigned territories
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain an up to date database of clients and prospects using CRM tools
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel / hospitality industry
- Prior experience in the Middle East market is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated with a hunter mentality and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently
- Valid Driving Licence preferred (for client visits and territory coverage)
- Must be based in or willing to relocate immediately to Dubai or Qatar
- Immediate availability required

Job Overview
