Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Regional Sales Analysts, including recruitment, performance reviews, goal setting, training and daily work distribution
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in key sales systems (Salesforce, CRM/CPQ, Oracle) and sales processes
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on regional nuances
- Support the definition, communication, reinforcement and execution of the proposal process
- Support Sales Leadership Team in creation and execution of regional sales promotions and campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales Performance & Innovation leader to improve global sales reporting
- Ensure ad hoc quoting, proposal support, Change Request, Cash Collection and other commercial processes are carried out on time
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of regional reports
- Provide reports on sales, business plan, account management metrics to Sr. Leadership
- Ensure customer pricing process, annual contractual escalations and policies are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing environment, preferably customer facing
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- 1 2 years experience in process improvement methodologies
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to plan, assign, train, and direct employees
- Proven experience in process definition and communication
- Strong relationship building skills at management level
- Interpersonal awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Proven experience at the Internal Selling cycle
- Demonstrated experience in Problem Solving
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written

The Position
- Supervising a Super Region of Regional Sales Analysts, this position will play a pivotal role in providing proactive and effective sales support to the Regional Sales and Account Management team.
- The role will oversee accurate forecasting, proposal process management and delivery support against departmental, Regional and business goals.
Sales Processes and Procedures
- Ensures accuracy and consistency in key sales systems (Salesforce, CRM/CPQ, Oracle) and sales processes, providing leadership and coaching.
- Seeks to provide recommendations for process improvements based on regional nuances that can be applied globally.
- Proactively ensures that all Sales processes are completed on time and to required standards.
- Supports the definition, communication, reinforcement and execution of the proposal process.
- Supports the Sales Leadership Team in creation and execution of regional sales promotions and campaigns.
- Identifies and achieves improvements in effectiveness and efficiency in regional sales processes.
Supervisory
- Supervises all activities of the Regional Sales Analyst team, including recruitment, performance reviews, goal setting, training and daily work distribution.
- Partners with Sales Leadership team in developing and defining departmental priorities to improve sales processes through automation and analytics.
- Works with Sales Leadership team to create and maintain a world class Sales culture, providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Provides guidance regarding communication, work style, and achieving effective teamwork.
Reporting
- Collaborates with Sales Performance & Innovation leader to provide recommendations for improvement in global sales reporting.
- Ensures ad hoc quoting, proposal support, Change Request, Cash Collection and other commercial processes are carried out on time.
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of regional reports.
- Provides reports on sales, business plan, account management metrics to Sr. Leadership.
- Provides data on annual Bookings Reviews and Mid Term Planning Reviews.
Customer Pricing
- Ensures customer pricing process, annual contractual escalations and policies are generated, followed and complied with.
- Reviews and ensures customer pricing is accurate, updated annually, and distributed on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- 5+ years experience in sales and marketing environment, preferably customer facing.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- 1 2 years experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to demonstrate sound commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to plan, assign, train, and direct employees.
- Proven experience in process definition and communication.
- Strong relationship building skills at management level.
- Interpersonal awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Proven experience at the Internal Selling cycle.
