About the Role
Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Inspector in Riyadh to perform aircraft inspections and support quality and safety management for the Middle East region. Requires GACA Part 66 mechanical license, 5-10 years experience, and expertise in GACAR Part 121/145 requirements.

Responsibilities
- Perform Required Inspection Items (RII) inspections on aircraft and final inspections before release to service
- Ensure independence from maintenance and return to service functions
- Verify technical records and maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Record inspection results accurately in maintenance logs and certify completion
- Conduct scheduled/assigned audits and report observations and findings
- Raise corrective/preventive action requests and follow up on closure
- Process authorization applications of maintenance and return to service staff
- Maintain and improve Quality System Manuals/Procedures
- Investigate safety incidents and report findings to management
- Support Safety Management implementation and conduct SMS training
Requirements
- GACA Part 66 mechanical license
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of GACAR Part 121 and Part 145 requirements
- Experience in aircraft inspections and quality assurance
- Ability to conduct audits and investigations

Role Overview
- The Quality Assurance Inspector performs Required Inspection Items (RII) inspections on aircraft and final inspections before release to service.
- Supports quality and safety management responsibilities for the Middle East, Central South Asia, and Africa regions.
- Based in Riyadh, KSA, reports to the Quality and Safety Manager for KSA and serves as deputy when required.
Responsibilities
- Performs Aircraft Inspector activities in accordance with GACAR Part 121 and Part 145 requirements
- Scheduled and unscheduled inspections on aircraft as per GACAR Part 43 and Part 145
- Ensure independence from maintenance and return to service functions
- Verify technical records and maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Record inspection results accurately in maintenance logs and certify completion before aircraft release
- Supports independent Quality Assurance program to monitor compliance
- Conducts scheduled/assigned audits in a timely manner and reports observations and findings
- Raises corrective/preventive action requests and follows up on root cause analysis and closure
- Process authorization applications of maintenance, return to service and other authorized staff
- Conducts applicants screening and interviews as required
- Maintains and improves Quality System Manuals/Procedures
- Communicates QMS changes and issues Quality Assurance Notices
