- Submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports and assist during aircraft incidents/accidents
- Provide oversight for initiation, review and application of MEC's/Engineering Documents
Requirements
- Resident Quality Control expert for assigned aircraft/workshop sections
- Experience in managing and training Quality Control Inspectors
- Knowledge of aircraft historical records and component SSL/overhaul/retirement schedules
- Ability to coordinate Quality Control functions and advise Quality Control Manager

Job Overview
- The Aviation Quality Supervisor is the resident Quality Control expert responsible for Quality Control functions of assigned aircraft and/or workshops sections.
- Manages, trains, assigns tasks and supervises all Quality Control Inspectors in assigned section.
- Ensures daily by the book maintenance/repairs and proper completion of aircraft/workshop maintenance and historical records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all Quality Control functions for assigned Quality Control section.
- Act as Quality Control advisor for the Company's Quality Control Manager for assigned section.
- Supervise and train all Technical Inspectors in assigned section.
- Ensure proper aircraft historical record updates to prevent over flights of component SSL, overhaul or retirement schedule.
- Execute all OEM Bulletins, Maintenance and Safety messages timely and accurately.
- Submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports when required and assist during aircraft incidents and accidents.
- Provide proper Quality Control oversight of all aircraft modifications in assigned section.
- Provide oversight for initiation, review and application of MEC's/Engineering Documents.
