About the Role
ADNOC Group is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating and static equipment at the Asab site. The role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive/predictive maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, predictive/preventive/breakdown maintenance for rotating and static equipment
- Ensure availability of required resources for mechanical maintenance execution and schedule expectations
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise rotating/static equipment preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect/follow up tasks progress and final completion, and provide report
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for equipment repair
- Update refurbished equipment database and history
- Participate and conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks
- Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems
- Participate in planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities
- Monitor availability of needed tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required and issue purchase/material requisitions
- Arrange transportation of materials to site and coordinate with workshop supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in supervising mechanical maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil and Gas

Job Purpose
- Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, predictive/preventive/breakdown maintenance for Rotating and Static Equipment to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity.
Maintenance Planning and Execution
- Ensure availability of required resources for mechanical maintenance execution and schedule expectations to complete the job safely and in time.
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise rotating/static equipment Preventive/Predictive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and availability.
- Inspect/follow up tasks progress and final completion, and provide report to ensure timely and quality job execution.
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for equipment repair to meet required standards and cost effectiveness.
- Update refurbished equipment database and history for the equipment and their accessories to ensure effective equipment keeping.
- Participate and conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks to discuss on safety and methods of completing job tasks.
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems, ensuring that repairs conform to correct methods and safety procedures.
- Participate in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities.
Materials Control
- Monitor availability of needed tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required for the maintenance jobs and issue the Purchase/Material requisitions. Inspect and confirm that the specifications are in line with the requirement of the received 'direct charge' and 'stock Materials'.
- Arrange the transportation of materials to site and coordinate with workshop supervisor on the use of heavy equipment, rigging services.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 5 years of experience, in supervising Mechanical maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
