About the Role
ADNOC Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to supervise and perform maintenance of electrical equipment. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure availability, reliability, and integrity
- Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect task progress and provide reports for timely and quality job execution
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, and cost reporting
- Investigate equipment failures to identify root cause and suggest control measures
- Ensure maintenance records, fault reports, and logbooks are up to date
- Authorize issuance of electrical isolation certificates and maintenance work permits
- Conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks
- Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment
- Participate in planning and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance
- Monitor availability of tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs
- Prepare list of spares, tools, and materials and issue purchase/material requisitions
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience, including at least supervisory experience
- Experience in electrical maintenance planning and execution
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, risk assessment, and root cause analysis

Job Purpose
- Supervise and perform maintenance of Electrical equipment in the Plant to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity.
Maintenance Planning and Execution
- Ensure availability of required resources for Electrical equipment maintenance.
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise Preventive/Predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspect/follow up tasks progress and provide report.
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting.
- Investigate and analyse equipment failures to identify root cause.

Minimum Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 5 years of experience, including at least supervisory experience.
