About the Role
ADNOC seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating and static equipment. The role requires planning and executing preventive/predictive maintenance, supervising teams, and ensuring equipment reliability.

Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of required resources for mechanical maintenance execution and schedule expectations
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise rotating/static equipment Preventive/Predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect/follow up tasks progress and final completion, and provide report
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for equipment repair
- Update refurbished equipment database and history
- Participate and conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems
- Participate in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities
- Monitor availability of needed tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required for maintenance jobs and issue Purchase/Material requisitions
- Arrange transportation of materials to site and coordinate with workshop supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in supervising Mechanical maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil and Gas

Job Purpose
- Supervise and perform installation, maintenance, repair, testing, predictive/preventive/breakdown maintenance for Rotating and Static Equipment to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity.
