Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site and factory operations related to marble and tile installation
- Coordinate and manage a team of marble masons, tile installers, finishers, and helpers
- Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within required timelines
- Inspect completed work and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients regarding project updates
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience as a Supervisor in marble, tiles, stone, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of marble and tile installation techniques and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Summary

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
