A leading Interior Fit-Out company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities in the Interior Fit-Out and Real Estate sectors.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Interior Fit Out and Real Estate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings
- Conduct presentations and site visits to understand client requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation team
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up on project inquiries from initial contact through project completion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit Out or Real Estate Sales
- Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, and property management companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Interior Fit Out industry and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

About the Role

- AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
