Responsibilities
- Promote and sell dairy and FMCG products to supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, and retail outlets
- Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Visit assigned sales routes and generate new business opportunities
- Take customer orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely product delivery
- Drive the company 3 ton pickup safely and comply with UAE traffic regulations
- Ensure products are delivered in good condition and on schedule
- Collect payments from customers and submit them according to company procedures
- Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse
- Merchandise products to maximize visibility and sales at customer locations
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in FMCG or Dairy product sales
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Light or Medium Vehicle)
- Proven experience in route sales and distribution
- Good knowledge of the UAE retail and wholesale market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Basic English communication skills (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
- Physically fit and willing to travel across the UAE
