About the Role

  • Senior Manager Revenue Management for Dubai Holding Entertainment.
  • Lead the development and execution of pricing strategy across ticketing activities and the wider attractions portfolio.
  • Use data, forecasting, and market insight to shape pricing decisions, improve yield, and deliver commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of pricing strategies across admissions.
  • Managing product set up and implementation.
  • Analysing sales data, booking trends, and guest behaviour.
  • Delivering forecasting, pricing, and demand management insights.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reporting and leading commercial reviews.
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process.
  • Partnering closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, IT, and Operations.
  • Conducting competitive benchmarking and market research.
  • Improving processes, reporting tools, and workflow controls.
  • Ensuring systems and technology are fully utilised.
  • Working alongside Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns.
  • Identifying performance gaps and recommending actions.

About You

  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5 7 years of relevant experience within hospitality, tourism, government, theme parks, FMCG, or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong experience in revenue management frameworks, pricing strategy, forecasting, and demand optimisation.
  • A solid understanding of channel and segment mix within attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Experience working with reservation or ticketing systems, with knowledge of VGS considered an advantage.
  • The ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership capability.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and results driven approach.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
