Known for our commitment to quality and creativity, we are seeking a talented and experienced supervisor/Foreman to join our team and contribute to our dynamic projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Interiors and Fit-out.
The Supervisor/Foreman will oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities include organizing day-to-day tasks, managing workers and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards at the site, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and clients, and resolving on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman at least 3-5 years in UAE market.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasks
- Hands-on experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and ensuring proper material usage
- Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniques
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards at project sites
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling on-site challenges
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients, designers, and project managers
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related field
- Good physical condition
- Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit-out management.
- Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be an advantage)
