- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that reflect clients' preferences and project requirements
- Manage design processes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Develop detailed layouts and designs for optimal use of space
- Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and deliver drawings, mood boards, and project specifications using industry standard design software
- Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 3 6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in HoReCa, Commercial, or Retail
- UAE based experience is mandatory
- Completed commercial projects in portfolio
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCad, 3ds Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and UAE market
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities

Position Overview
- The Interior Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing interior design projects that align with Crystal Fit vision and clients' expectations.
- This position requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that reflect clients' preferences, project requirements, and Design's aesthetic standards.
- Manage design processes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
- Develop detailed layouts and designs for optimal use of space, integrating aesthetics with functionality.
- Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Prepare and deliver drawings, mood boards, and project specifications using industry standard design software.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects in HoReCa, Commercial, or Retail projects.
- UAE Based experience is must
- Completed commercial projects in portfolio Must

Work Schedule
- Office based work, location Al Qouz Ind.3, Monday to Friday 9 6pm, Saturday 10 3pm
