Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for interior fit out projects
- Review design drawings, prepare MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts
- Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and interior design requirements
- Conduct site inspections, monitor installation works, verify compliance with local codes and standards
- Resolve technical issues with project teams and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and suppliers
- Support approvals with relevant authorities
- Contribute to project planning, quality control, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including MEP Coordination for interior fit out projects
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for MEP design, clash detection, and coordination
- Solid knowledge of Plumbing and Plumbing Design
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field)
- Previous experience as an MEP engineer/specialist in fit out or construction projects in the UAE or GCC is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Dubai authorities' standards and approval processes (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality) is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and coordination layouts
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving, site supervision, and time management abilities
- Ability to work at site

Role Description
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise MEP systems for interior fit out projects.
- Review design drawings, prepare MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts.
