- Hands on experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and ensuring proper material usage
- Comprehensive knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, and techniques
- Commitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards at project sites
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills in handling on site challenges
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients, designers, and project managers
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality
- Previous experience in interior fit out, construction, or a related field
- Good physical condition
- Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit out management
- Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be an advantage)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Interiors and Fit out.
- The Supervisor/Foreman will oversee construction activities and interior fit out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
