About the Role
ADNOC Group seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of electrical equipment in a plant environment. The role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

- Supervise and perform maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure availability, reliability, and integrity
- Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, and cost reporting
- Investigate equipment failures to identify root cause and suggest control measures
- Authorize issuance of electrical isolation certificates and maintenance work permits
- Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment
- Monitor availability of tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs
- Prepare list of spares, tools, and materials; issue purchase/material requisitions
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory skills

Job Purpose
- Supervise and perform maintenance of Electrical equipment in the Plant to ensure equipment availability, reliability and integrity.
Maintenance Planning and Execution
- Ensure availability of required resources for Electrical equipment maintenance execution and schedule expectations.
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise the Preventive/Predictive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Inspect / follow up tasks progress and provide report to ensure timely and quality job execution.
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for equipment repair.
- Provide input to the preparation of critical maintenance procedures/ risk assessment for electrical tasks.
- Investigate and analyse equipment failures to identify root cause and suggest appropriate control measures.
- Ensure that maintenance records, fault reports, logbooks, are kept up to date.
- Authorize the issuance of electrical isolation certificates/ various maintenance work permits.
- Participate and conduct daily /weekly safety toolbox talks.
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems.
- Participate in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities.
Materials Control
- Monitor availability of tools, equipment, and parts for scheduled jobs.
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required for the maintenance jobs and issue the Purchase/Material requisitions.
- Inspect new materials’ specifications to meet specifications and suitability.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma In Electrical Engineering Or Equivalent Qualifications
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 5 Years Of Relevant Experiences With Supervisory Skills
