About the Role
ADNOC Group seeks a Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee civil maintenance services in a plant environment. The role involves planning, scheduling, supervising civil works, managing materials, and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities
- Process civil work orders to control backlog and ensure availability of required resources
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise civil works to ensure reliability, availability and safe operations
- Initiate and process service requests for on call contractors during emergencies and shutdowns
- Inspect and follow up on task progress and provide reports
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation
- Provide input to critical maintenance procedures and risk assessment for civil tasks
- Ensure maintenance records, fault reports, logbooks are kept up to date
- Conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox talks
- Supervise testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems
- Inspect work areas to ensure safe work conditions and maintain tools and equipment
- Monitor inventory of materials and parts for scheduled jobs
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials and issue purchase/material requisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role for civil maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil and Gas

Job Purpose
- Supervise and perform civil maintenance services in the plant to ensure plant availability and facilitate safe operations.
Civil works execution
- Process civil work orders to control backlog and ensure availability of required resources
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise the civil works to ensure reliability, availability and safe operations
- Initiate, process service request to avail the services of on call service Contractor in time for operating, emergencies, planned and unplanned shutdowns
- Inspect / follow up tasks progress and provide report to ensure timely and quality job execution
- Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, cost reporting and participate in negotiation for repair
- Provide input to the preparation of critical maintenance procedures/ risk assessment for civil tasks
- Ensure that maintenance records, fault reports, logbooks are kept up to date
- Participate and conduct daily /weekly safety toolbox talks
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of new or modified equipment or systems
- Inspect work areas to ensure safe work conditions and maintain the tool and equipment in good condition
Materials Control
- Monitor inventory of materials and parts for scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare list of spares, tools and materials required for civil works and issue the Purchase/Material requisitions. Inspect new materials’ specifications to meet specifications and suitability.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role for civil maintenance activities within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
