Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CCTV monitoring activities to ensure continuous surveillance of assigned areas
- Ensure cameras, recording systems, and monitoring equipment are functioning properly
- Monitor system alerts and investigate unusual activities in accordance with security procedures
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system faults or repeated technical issues
- Ensure smooth operation of the Control Room and proper execution of monitoring procedures
- Oversee shift handovers and verify that incidents and observations are properly communicated
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, and system activities
- Ensure control room procedures and security protocols are consistently followed
- Supervise CCTV operators during shifts and ensure proper coverage of monitoring activities
- Assign duties and support staff to maintain effective control room operations
- Prepare and manage shift schedules to ensure continuous control room coverage
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to maintain professional performance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or any relevant field
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in security systems
- Knowledge of security administration, analysis, architecture, best practices, compliance, controls, management, monitoring, systems maintenance, standards and procedures, and training

Job Purpose
- To supervise the daily operation of CCTV monitoring activities and ensure proper functioning of surveillance and fire safety monitoring systems in order to maintain security, safety, and effective incident response.
