- Define styles and techniques to achieve desired outcomes that comply with production requirements.
- Conduct meetings with clients or marketing managers to discuss job objectives and mandatory requirements.
- Execute designs or delegate artwork requisitions to designers as necessary.
- Scrutinize work before printing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Occasionally visit the printing press to supervise the quality of printed artworks.
- Assess suggestions from photographers regarding product photography.

- Technical / Functional Competencies: Advertising Design, Graphic Design, Design Specifications, Design Tools

Job Purpose
- Create visually appealing and effective designs to convey messages or concepts.
- Developing layouts, selecting colors and fonts, and utilizing design software to produce various visual materials, such as advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
