- Execute marketing communication plans across offline and online channels in alignment with approved strategies
- Support market research activities by collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting results and improvement areas
- Coordinate with product teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services
- Supervise customer care activities to ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries
- Execute digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives in coordination with relevant teams or external partners
- Supervise the development of marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop and deliver marketing materials for product presentations and campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 6 to 10 years of work experience
- Experience in marketing communication execution across offline and online channels
- Experience in digital marketing including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Experience in supervising customer care activities
- Ability to coordinate with sales teams and develop marketing materials

Job Purpose
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of marketing communication, digital marketing, and customer support activities by managing day to day operations, supervising content and campaign delivery, and ensuring alignment with approved plans in order to support brand visibility, cust
Key Accountability Areas
- Execute marketing communication plans across offline and online channels in alignment with approved strategies
- Support market research activities by collecting and analyzing data on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting results and improvement areas
- Coordinate with product teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of marketing activities
- Supervise customer care activities to ensure timely and effective handling of inquiries across all communication channels
- Monitor service levels and support resolution of escalated customer issues
- Ensure alignment of customer communication with company standards and guidelines
- Execute digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives in coordination with relevant teams or external partners
- Track digital campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
