Responsibilities
- Ensure cohesive teamwork and monitor staff appearance and attire

- Attend to all special banquet preparations
- Set up banquet room, ensure cleanliness and proper furniture/equipment placement
- Monitor and ensure cleanliness, elegance, and compliance with group requirements and company standards

- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees

Recommended Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Related work experience: At least 1 year
- Supervisory experience: At least 1 year
- License or certification: None

- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional

- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Assist with moving objects weighing more than 75 pounds

- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand eye coordination
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Move on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
