- Supervise daily bakery operations, including preparation, production, and product presentation.
- Lead, train, and monitor bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and high performance.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all bakery products.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely availability of products.
- Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
- Manage bakery equipment and report maintenance issues when required.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, production needs, and operational improvements.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production methods, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Experience in managing and training bakery staff.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Arabic speaker required.

Job Summary
