Responsibilities
- Act as the Operations In Charge for the café, overseeing all day to day operational activities
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining company standards and procedures
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, food safety, product consistency, and customer experience
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, municipality regulations, food safety requirements, and health & safety standards
- Lead, coach, and develop Outlet, Supervisors, and café staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce productivity
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses
- Analyze business reports and implement action plans to improve profitability
- Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and customer engagement initiatives
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering processes, and supplier coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Area Manager, Operations In Charge, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of café operations, food safety, inventory management, labor planning, and cost control
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/reporting systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, food safety, product consistency, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Outlet, Supervisors, and café staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
- Ensure proper manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and performance driven work environment.
Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Analyze business reports and implement action plans to improve profitability.
- Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of company KPIs, budgets, and performance targets.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, ordering processes, and supplier coordination.
- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor purchasing activities and maintain cost control measures.
Customer Experience
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns effectively and professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Business Development & Projects
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead operational improvement projects and implementation of new procedures.
- Support new café openings, renovations, and operational transitions when required.
Requirements
