- Prepare pizza ingredients, including dough, sauces, and toppings
- Assemble and bake pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to the supervisor
- Properly store food items to maintain freshness and prevent waste
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries
- Support the team during busy service hours
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pizza shop or kitchen is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good communication and time management skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Pizza Chef to join our takeaway pizza shop. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high quality pizzas, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are followed.
