- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes and pizzas according to company standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings using proper techniques
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens and kitchen equipment
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize POS systems for order management and kitchen coordination
- Assist in menu development and recipe standardization
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Italian cuisine and pizza
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
- Experience using POS systems in a restaurant or café environment
- Understanding of food cost control and inventory management
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Culinary certification or relevant training (preferred)
- Immediate availability to join (preferred)

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Chef with a strong background in Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.
- The ideal candidate must be passionate about food quality, knowledgeable in kitchen operations, and capable of maintaining high culinary standards in a fast paced environment, and working knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems for restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes and pizzas according to company standards.
