About the Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations, workflow, resourcing, and delivery of projects within a creative studio.
Manage projects efficiently from initial briefing through final delivery in a fast-paced creative environment.
Coordinate multiple projects, teams, stakeholders, freelancers, and vendors simultaneously.
Required Profile
- Experience managing creative studio operations and project delivery.
- Strong project management, resource planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactively, decisively, and in a people-oriented manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage studio workflow and operations, review project briefs, and manage projects from concept through completion.
- Set and monitor timelines, deadlines, priorities, deliverables, team workload, utilisation, attendance, and progress.
- Allocate internal staff, freelancers, and external resources according to project requirements.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with Creative, Account Management, Marketing, Production, Finance, clients, and account teams.
- Manage freelancers, vendors, and third-party production partners when required.
- Monitor project costs, maintain digital assets and project documentation, and support on-time quality delivery.
